As the founder of Global Mission Incorporated, I stand before you today with a heart full of gratitude, passion, and emotion. Our journey, from the inception of this organization to the present moment, has been an incredible journey, and I am deeply moved by the progress we've made.

Our mission to empower youth, nurture their passion, build resilience, and foster leadership skills has been a work of love. We started with a simple yet profound belief that young people are the true architects of change. Today, I am humbled by the lives we've touched, the dreams we've ignited, and the hope we've instilled.

I want you to know that this endeavor has never been just a job for me; it's been a calling. A calling to create a world where every young person has the chance to thrive, regardless of their circumstances. It's a vision that has driven me, inspired our team, and, I hope, resonates with all of you. Every success story, every transformation we witness, fills me with immense pride and emotion. The village concept that inspired our foundation continues to be our guiding light, reminding us that love, responsibility, and reciprocation can indeed spark growth and change.

As we look ahead, the partnerships we're forming in the USA and our ambitions in Africa are a testament to our commitment to expand our impact and reach more young hearts and minds.
